Coach Reinke grew up in Lincoln as a multiple sport athlete. He played Football, Soccer, Track and Field, Swimming, and Wrestling. During High School, Coach Reinke was on a State Championship Class B Football team. His Wrestling team took 13 of the 14 varsity team members to state in Wrestling and he was a two-time state qualifier. After high school, Coach Reinke continued to compete in Football and Wrestling. He played in an area football league and competed in adults wrestling tournaments. Once his time to compete was up, he started to coach. He helped with wrestling and track programs. As he became a parent and his children began to play sports, he became their coaches. He has been able to coach them T-Ball, baseball, soccer, football, and most recently in track and field for Lincoln Youth Track Club. LYTC just happens to be the same club that he ran for growing up.
